We are looking for experienced "Recruitment Officers (Foreign Employment)" to join our team immediately.

SALARY: Rs. 50,000 + Commissions
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in Foreign Employment is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
