One of our international clients in Sri Lanka is looking for experienced "Country Managers (SAP)" to join them immediately.

SALARY: LKR 850,000 - 1,100,000 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Profit and Loss responsibility of the Sri Lankan entity.
• Statutory compliance with all applicable local laws.
• Overall HR management of the team members in Sri Lanka.
• ISO9001, ISO27001, and other compliance and audit requirements from time to time.
• Hiring and growing the team in Sri Lanka.
• Overall responsibility for logistics like office etc.
• Overall delivery responsibility of the assigned projects.
• Procurement of any required material and services.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 8+ years of IT experience preferably SAP experience.
• Experience with 2-3 implementations/ support SAP projects as an Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Good overall knowledge of various SAP modules and their interlinkages SAP PM/CS, MM, HR, FICO, WM, CRM, SCM, etc.
• Experience in leading a team. 
  
  
• Experience as a country head for another company.
• Experience in enterprise mobility and related SAP tools set
• Architecture and Design of SAP-based solutions for a variety of products and projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Workforce management solutions experience.
• Experience working in a product development environment.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, and Materials and Management module.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
