Our Client is looking for an experienced "Customer Service Executive (Female)" to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 35,000 - 50,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Selecting and hiring new staff.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A young & energetic 'Female' candidate, between 25-30 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala is a must. (Tamil will be an advantage)
- Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office Package.)
- A good team player with a pleasing personality and a passion for customer service.
