Our client is looking for young & dynamic "Receptionists" to join their team in Colombo immediately.


SALARY: Rs. 25,000


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Female, Age below 30 years.
  • G. C. E. A/L qualification.
  • Any professional qualifications will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role is preferred. (School leavers are welcome to apply!)
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English and Sinhala.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.
  • Possesses an energetic, friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Good organization, coordination & time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
  • Candidates residing within Bambalapitiya and Mt. Lavinia is preferred.
