One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is a leading "Fine Dining and Fast Food Restaurant Chain" is looking for experienced"Demi Chefs De Parties" to join them immediately.
# SALARY: SAR 2200 + 300 (Avg Rs 127,300)
# RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
- Preparation and cooking of food.
- Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Providing customer service to staff and customers.
# REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of kitchen experience within hospitality, ideally in a fine-dining operation.
- Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene.
- A diploma in cooker from recognized International Hotel School will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively.
- The ability to meet hygiene standards.
- Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
