One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is into 'Construction' is looking for experienced 'Building Architects' to join them immediately.

# SALARY: SAR 5000 (Avg. Rs. 260,000)

# RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Age below 40 years.

  ---

• Degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience working as an Architect.
• Experience in Modern Construction is preferred.

  ---

• Hands-on experience with design software and related tools. (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.)
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

  ---

• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical, IT, and analytical skills.
• Project and budget management skills.
• Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
