One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading Multinational IT company is looking for skilled "Senior Software Engineers - PHP" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Collaborate with teams, both internal and client-facing.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with our overseas collaborators by demonstrating excellent communication skills & initiative.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• 3+ years' experience in PHP with a strong knowledge of the Symfony framework.
• Ability to develop, debug and support an existing application located remotely.
• Experience in understanding the business logic, breaking it down into defined tasks and executing.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests.
• Sound knowledge in MySQL database.
• Expertise in version control software. (Git/SVN)
• Experience with front-end technologies is a plus. (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the development process.
• Ability to understand and pick-up new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
• Be proactive, able to plan and complete tasks efficiently with set deadlines.
