One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Digital Gift Card Platform" is looking for "Customer Service Executives" to work for their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - NEGOTIABLE

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide assistance and answers to issues raised by the customer (consumers, sales partners, clients, merchants) by correctly identifying the problem and providing adequate information to the development team about the raised issues.
  • Introduce processes and tools to manage the service desk operations in an effective manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the reported issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with the relevant departments to develop products.
  • Have good domain knowledge to identify the problems and recommend/implement enhancements.
  • Support the sales process by escalating the sales requests to the technical team.
  • Clear backlogs and other tasks in an orderly and timely manner.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • A Diploma in Business Administration or similar would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in a similar Customer Support role.
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including listening, assertiveness, decision making & negotiating.

  • Highly customer and service oriented.
  • Well developed analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and play a major role in the daily processes.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
