# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Spearheading the VRF & LC Sales Business. Achieve Revenue and operating Income Targets for Sri Lanka & Maldives Region through channel management, business development with B2B customers.
- Provide Technical Solutions to Customers for HVAC on the Residential Light commercial & VRF systems.
- Prepare techno commercial quotes and respond to tenders as per UTC standard policy terms and conditions, Negotiations and Sales order closure with Channel Partner/Customers.
- Energize the existing carrier channel across the region for generating enquiries and achieving sales objectives and develop channel partners across the region.
- Manage relationships with Various EPC contractors, HVAC contractors, Turnkey Contractors across the region identify them and fulfill their business needs and support them with accurate and timely information to win projects.
- Meet various HVAC and process consultants, designers and influencers to suitably plan and spec products in upcoming requirements.
- Manage relationships with key accounts Industry mapping and competitive benchmarking.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 10+ years' experience in HVAC / Allied Industries / Industrial Sales / Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing & Consumer Goods.
- 4-year Graduate with a degree in Engineering. (Mechanical / Electrical)
- MBA would be an advantage.
- Great managerial skills and being highly organized.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Good command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
- Should be able to handle correspondence independently.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
