# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Selling & Marketing of Tea Machinery.
• In-Depth Knowledge of Tea Process Manufacturing & Machinery.
• Excellent rapport with Private Tea Factory Owners, Brokers & RPC Management.
• Enquiry Generation & Conversion.
• Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies.

• Work closely with Key accounts for revenue Generation.
• Order Bookings as per the business plan.
• Achieve or exceed the annual sales target by maximizing growth and profit for the company with total customer satisfaction by following the sales target agreement.
• Business Development.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• 8 to 10 years experience in the field of the Tea Sector on Sales & Services.
• Experience in the sale of Tea Machinery is a 'Mandatory' requirement.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
• Good command of English and able to communicate in local languages.
• Be a fast learner.
