One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Recruitment Consultancy" for foreign & local talent acquisition, is looking for "Recruitment Managers" to work with them immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recognize and strive to meet the client's hiring needs.
  • Create and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.
  • Assess applications and resumes.
  • Screen application before the interviewing process.
  • Match applicants to job positions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate records and databases.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities as required by the management.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Ability to embrace any other tasks given by management; to complete it with confidence and in a timely manner.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in HR, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Age between 25 - 35
  • A pleasing personality.
  • A dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for recruitment.
  • Good communication & networking ability.
  • Good command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
  • Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent with prioritization and time-management.
  • Well organized.
  • Basic computer literacy, (E-mail, Internet, MS-Office) is a must.
