One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Recruitment Consultancy" for foreign & local talent acquisition, is looking for "Recruitment Managers" to work with them immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recognize and strive to meet the client's hiring needs.
- Create and implement recruiting strategies.
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.
- Assess applications and resumes.
- Screen application before the interviewing process.
- Match applicants to job positions.
- Maintain accurate and complete candidate records and databases.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities as required by the management.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Ability to embrace any other tasks given by management; to complete it with confidence and in a timely manner.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in HR, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Age between 25 - 35
- A pleasing personality.
- A dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for recruitment.
- Good communication & networking ability.
- Good command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
- Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
- Ability to make reasonable decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent with prioritization and time-management.
- Well organized.
- Basic computer literacy, (E-mail, Internet, MS-Office) is a must.
