# RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify Potential Issues.
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams.
• Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions.
• Real-time interaction with clients.
• Manage Support queue.
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• 6 months to 1 year experience in Application support / development.
• Degree in IT or relevant domain.
• Very good command of English and communication skills.
• This job requires lots of off-line interactions with clients.
• Exposure to the health-care IT domain will be an added advantage.
• .NET framework development experience or any other programming domain could be advantageous.
• Availability to fly overseas to UAE & other countries upon company requirements.
• Strong ability in understanding problems and making wise suitable decisions.
