One of our prestigious Clients' Who is a multinational company is looking for "Technical Production Managers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 350,000

# RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the production of the overall organization and acting as the supervisor for all the project managers managing the respective projects in the teams they are assigned to and reporting to Chief Operating Officer of the organization.
• Liaise with tech leads and engineering teams when it comes to technical delivery aspects. (i.e. estimation negotiations, technical issues, etc.)
• Coach project managers on maintaining high productivity of teams, complying to organizational delivery methodology and driving utilization of consistent processes and deliverables.
• Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables with the support of project managers and tech leads.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in IT / IS / Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification and 10+ years software industry experience.
• Being hands on with respect to technical and project delivery responsibilities and having an extensive hands on experience in software development project management with strong project management rigor.
• Technical skills and experience acquired through participation in the delivery of software development projects in each of the following areas: estimations, release management, configuration management, systems integration, systems development life cycle methodologies, quality assurance and testing, requirements analysis and elaboration, and systems analysis and design.
