# SALARY - Rs. 80,000 - 150,000

# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Must be able to Acquire & Farm/Manage Large Corporate accounts with New Client acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention as major KRA’s (Hunting, farming and retention).
• Excellent communication, Negotiation skills & Influencing skills. New Client acquisition by selling multiple B2B offerings.
• Conceptualize & Implement effective Sales strategies to drive Sales Volume.
• Self-starter as the role is a 'hit the ground running' kind of profile.
• Novel Initiatives & Developing Alternate Channels a major part of the role.
• Competition Mapping & Market Intelligence - Analyse current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities.
• Channel Sales initiatives - Appointment & Management of Aggregators/Re-sellers to expand reach.
• Database Management & Reporting.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree holder in CIM or BA in Sales & Marketing.
• 8+ Years of Sales/BD experience preferably from the B2B space.
