One of our prestigious Clients' who is into "Software" is looking for "Business Development Managers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 350,000 - 400,000

# JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Boost our sales in foreign countries. (US, UK and Australia)
  • Develop a business growth strategy, focused on both financial gain and customer.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

 # QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration / Sales or relevant field.
  • 3 years' work experience in the IT sector with a proven sales track record.
  • 5 years' experience in sales / Business Development.
  • Experience in handling IT customers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g. Sales force)
  • Sound market knowledge and good business hunting sense.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Sound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Plenty of initiative and autonomy.
