# QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree or MBA in IT/Msc computer science engineering or business

# REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of experience
* Agile experience
* Experience in Telco domain will be an added advantage
* Strong analytical & presentation skills with out-of-the-box thinking
* Strong PR skills to interact with various stake holders
* Ability to work independently & take responsibility for projects assigned
* Strong command over English language
* Positive attitude and can do mind set
* Should be a good team player
* Understand the requirements and suggest effective and practical solutions
* Prepare detail requirement specifications, functional specification, use case & workflow diagrams & manage the requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
* Works with business partner to elicit high level requirements and capture business needs
* Roadmap planning, business process and redesign, gap analysis & developing proof of concepts
* Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
* Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
* Build stakeholders locally as well as globally
* Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues
* Support ongoing business intelligence, competitive & best practice efforts
* Knowledge of consulting practices, solution conceptualization current technology concepts
