One of our Indian prestigious Clients, who is the largest hospitality company is looking for “Operation Managers”, to work in their respective locations as mentioned aboveimmediately.

Mandatory experience in crisis management, dealing with difficult customers, managing multiple accounts/individuals/properties, guest escalations, 24/hours on call, strong people/communication skills

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

  • Audit properties to check for revenue inclusion of both the company and hotel bookings
  • Inspect properties on a daily basis for proper functioning and adherence to standards
  • Ensure great customer experience and minimize customer escalations.
  • Ensure only the right set of hotels are on-boarded.

 

Revenue Management

  • Inputs to Pricing team about local events
  • Fraud Prevention (Prevent GMV Leakage)
  • Ensure revenue maximization by converting walk-ins
  • Direct Walk In conversion
  • Relationship with nearby hotels for Spillover
  • Train property manager to convert the walk-in booking

 

People Management

  • Train hotel staff to improve and own CX
  • Manage relations with owners to ensure transformation changes needed on an operational basis
  • Customer Retention and Relationship building
  • Conducting Customer Delight Activities

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Operations
  • Should be focused and possess Operations mindset 
  • Ability to manage situations on the ground 
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven 
  • Demonstrates high ethical values.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an added advantage
