Our reputed client is an EPOS Software company in the UK with the development and support center in Sri Lanka is currently looking for experienced, dynamic and high highly-skilled Call Center Managers to join their team immediately.
Managers - Call Center
Salary LKR. 150,000/-
Relevant Requirements, Experience, and Qualities:
· Minimum of 2 years of full time working experience.
· Hiring, Training, Coaching and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers.
· Answering representative's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives.
· Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving educating and coach workers regarding process and practice, and explain expectations to employees.
Hours of Working:
· Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
· UK time (1.30 pm to 11.30 pm)
Office Location:
· Colombo 04
