Our prestigious client, one of the Award Winning Banking & Finance firms in UAE, is looking for experienced " Relations Officers - Sales (Banking & Financial Products)" to join their team immediately.

#Salary: 2200 AED 

Below allowances are included in the salary,

#Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the banking and finance sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products and services based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial goals, provide personalized advice, and recommend suitable solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.

#Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
• Ability to understand clients' financial needs and goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail..
• Bachelor's degree or HND or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
