KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for job requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
