One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading multinational "IT Consulting" company is looking for an experienced "Senior Finance Manager" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate, lead and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization, while maintaining a proactive and collaborative relationship to support the achievement of financial goals.
- Lead, manage and be accountable for the delivery of a range of strategic finance projects.
- Provide expert financial management support to the organization.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, and management of Finance professionals across the organization.
- Directly supervise a small global team of finance professionals.
- Lead and direct a work environment of continuous review and improvement of financial management practices, operational processes, policies, frameworks, systems, and service provision.
- Establish, lead and deliver initiatives to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, business protocols, and standards as they relate to finance practice.
- Direct all aspects of the project financial accounting system, including managing cash flow, tracking expenditures, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Strategic Projection, monitoring, and replenishment of cash in bank accounts.
- Developing and managing financial systems/models.
- Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments.
- Management and liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, banking relationships, and other outsourced functions.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
- Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of the company throughout.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Professional Accountancy qualification. (ACCA, CIMA,..)
- Proven experience working as a Finance Manager or higher.
- Proactive attitude, agile work ethic, and a passion for leading with integrity.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.
- Experience in managing a skilled team and making quick but rational decisions.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and use your initiative.
- First-rate communication and report-writing skills.
- Commitment to being an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.
- The ability to accept and provide feedback, be challenged on your advice and work well under pressure.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
