One of our prestigious Clients who is a leading multinational "IT Consulting" company  is looking for an experienced "Head of Human Resources" to ensure that all local operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  •  Consult executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within their business or company.
  •  Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  •  Build, drive and maintain a healthy company culture for our staff.
  •  Act as a point of contact for employee relations and communicate with labor unions.
  •  Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc.
  •  Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
  •  Develop, implement and oversee all activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics within the HR department.
  •  Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.
  •  Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards and all other legal aspects applicable.
  •  Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
  •  Analyze data and report to the board and senior management using HR Metrics.
  •  Carry out all necessary administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  •  Accreditation from CIPM, or BSc/BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  •  Proven experience working as an HR Manager or higher. 
  •  Commercial acumen and experience in using metrics for driving performance.
  •  Proactive attitude, agile work ethic, and a passion for leading with integrity.
  •  Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.
  •  Experience in managing a skilled team and making quick but rational decisions.
  •  In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  •  Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  •  Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and use your initiative.
  •  First-rate communication and presentation skills.
  •  Commitment to being an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.
  •  The ability to accept and provide feedback, be challenged on your advice and work well under pressure.
  •  Proficient IT skills.
