One of our prestigious Clients based in the USA is looking for an experienced "Team Lead" to manage day-to-day operations at our Colombo office.
SALARY: LKR 75,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Suggest and organize team building activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. (BPO/LPO/RCM background preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Working proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online CRM tools would be a plus.
- Excellent communication & comprehension skills in both written and spoken English are a must.
- Excellent attention to detail with clear, concise reporting on a daily basis.
- Good organization, coordination & time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Candidates living within Colombo 1-15, Dehiwala - Mt. Lavinia, Rathmalana Only.
* Working from office (on-site) unless there are any government-imposed lockdowns.
* Working hours are based on the US time zones and calendar.
- Monday - Friday
- Shift: 9.30 PM to 6.30 AM
- Break: 1-Hour
