Our client is a leading "Software Products & Services" company based in the USA and is looking for an experienced "Software Solutions Architect" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop software solutions and web-based applications in the .Net framework.
- Be responsible, participating in our software product development life cycle from requirement discussing with the product owner and manager, ensuring the development and delivery of Platform, API, and Responsive apps with high quality, scalability through SDLC/Agile Best Practices and DevOps architecture, Product enablement to the customer through SaaS model.
- Work closely with Product, Developers, Tech Leads, and customer-facing teams.
- Support the evaluation, selection, design, development, and maintenance of the platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related professional qualification.
- Proven Architect with the demonstrated ability to create technical solutions in large organizations with complex business requirements and constraints.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Architect Lead / Principal Architect in Java or .NET technologies.
- Proven experience in the Design and Implementation of high-performing and highly scalable websites/applications.
- Extensive experience with .NET or Java / ASP.NET MVC / JavaScript / AWS or Azure.
- Experience in Angular / React / PostgreSQL, SQL Server / Elasticsearch / EC2 / Lambda / ECS / S3 / ECS / API Gateway / Terraform / Ansible preferred.
- Experience in Endeca, ATG, and BCC, Solr, any Headless CMS
- Experienced with various types of software architectures including Micro Frontend / Microservice architecture.
- A disciplined approach to software development and problem-solving; excels at breaking down large problems into multi-step plans in an Agile development environment.
- Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients overseas as required.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
