Our client who is a multinational "Real Estate" company is looking for a confident and dynamic young "Business Development Executive" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 30,000 + Incentives
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company portfolio and all products and services offered.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 30 years. (Female)
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar capacity in Real Estate industry or similar (Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Etc.) is a must.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English, Sinhala is a must.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel in order to meet clients and attend events is a must.
