One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for an experienced Guest Relation Officers – Russian Speaking to join their team immediately.

SALARY: USD 400 – 500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome Italian-speaking guests.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries in Italian.
• Provide information about resort services and amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Proven experience in hospitality or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Maldives.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
