One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced F&B Assistant Managers / Managers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 700 – 800
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation of the property.
- Manage and lead F&B teams to ensure excellent guest service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
- Train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Restaurant Management or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and guest service.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours.
