One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced F&B Supervisor to join their team immediately.

SALARY: USD 450

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Train, guide, and evaluate F&B staff performance.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain cost control.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with work hours and shifts.
• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
