One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced Architects / Interior Designers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 400 – 500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Select materials, furniture, and fixtures as per client preferences and budget.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality and adherence to design.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and construction regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong design portfolio with completed residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Good knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
