One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait who is a leading "Architectural Consultancy" is looking for an experienced "Landscape Architect" to join them immediately.

# SALARY: KWD 800 (Avg. Rs. 488,000)

# RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating plans, designs, and drawings using computer-aided design programs.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to the final plan.
• Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditions.
• Advising on matters to do with environmental conservation.
• Discussing requirements with clients.
• Writing reports.
• Producing contracts and estimated costs.
• Presenting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing on time-scales.
• Overseeing projects as they progress.
• Seeking the opinions of locals, businesses, and others who use the site.
• Meet with clients, builders, engineers, and landscapers to explain project goals.
• Liaising with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, town planners, and civil engineers.

# REQUIREMENTS

• Age between 32 - 45 years. (Male)
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is a must! (Graduates from the University of Moratuwa are preferred.)
• Licensed as required by the state.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience using multiple computer-aided designs and drafting software. (AutoCAD, Revit, 3dsMax, SketchUp, etc.)
• Experience making layouts and floor plans.
• Familiarity with GIS
• Familiarity with Plants.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Lateral and spatial thinking.
• Must be creative and resourceful to fulfill customer needs within budget and climate parameters.
• Negotiation and leadership ability
• Client management skills.

• Selected candidates must be ready to start by end of December 2020.
