- Managerial capabilities with minimum 05 years in Human Resources Field
- A proven track record and a degree from recognized university of professional qualification in HRM
- Capacity to implement HR practices with ability to co-ordinate drive, change and performance across functions
- Leadership, motivational and superb interpersonal skills
- Above 40 years of age
