One of our reputed clients in Colombo is looking for Online Reservation Agents to join immediately.
Qualification
• Graduate in Business / Management or related field.
• Graduate in Business / Management or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent in a Reservation Certification Program.
Skills & Competencies:
• Previous experience in handling online tour operators, guest service or
reservations experience preferred.
• Should have good knowledge on online distribution and marketing channels.
• Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
