POSITION     : Senior Front End Developer - Colombo, Sri Lanka

One of our prestigious clients, who is into Technology sector is looking for Senior Front-end Developer to join their team immediately.

ROLE

• Translating UI/UX design wireframes to code that produces visual elements of the platform.
• Use initiatives to efficiently and precisely translate designs into clean, organized code.
• Build reusable codes and libraries for future use.
• Optimize UI for maximum speed and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical

• 3+ years of experience writing client-side JavaScript.
• Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS, HTML, LESS/SASS.
• Experience with advanced jQuery, Handlebars, AngularJS, ReactJS, CanJS and Backbone.
• Experience in implementing responsive designs.
• Experience with modern browser technologies & W3C website accessibility standards.
• Strong UX and design sensibilities with attention to detail.
• Experience investigating and improving JavaScript performance.
• Sound knowledge of OOP.
• Solid understanding of frontend MVC/MVVM architectures.
• Proficient understanding of XML, JSON and interacting with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
• Proficient understanding of front-end task managers, such as Grunt, Gulp, Bower.
• Work experience in GIT, Jira project management and bug tracking tool.
• Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environment.
• Code consistency and readability.
