# SALARY: LKR 250,000 + Traveling Allowance

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in an appropriate field of study or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Age between 35-42 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver all projects on time and within the defined scope.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of project scopes.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope and communicate effectively with management when implementing changes.
• Measure project performance and submit timely performance reports to management.
• Ensure service quality standards meet organizational benchmarks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assemble and lead project teams, delegating tasks to project coordinators effectively.
