SALARY: LKR 150,000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in working closely with Architects and Interior Designers is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and PR skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
• Open to female candidates only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Achieve sales targets and drive incremental growth through effective sales management.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s presence.
• Build relationships with prospects by establishing contact and following up effectively.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Handle the pressure of meeting targets within deadlines.
• Organize sales visits and present company products to clients.
• Maintain high service quality standards in line with organizational policies.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare detailed sales reports.
• Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
