SALARY:
LKR 40,000 + Commissions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Assist in communicating with candidates regarding available opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate-related activities as required.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting assigned targets and objectives.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate information.
- Work closely with the team to support recruitment requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
- Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Colombo.
- Positive and professional attitude.
