One of our reputed clients is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Marketing Assistant Manager to lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and CRM-driven marketing operations aligned with revenue goals.
SALARY: LKR 100,000
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and sales capacity
- Define and manage MQL / SQL targets, lead quality, and demand generation performance
- Plan and allocate campaign budgets with clear ROI objectives
- Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Oversee and enforce CRM governance, lead tracking, and data accuracy
- Ensure zero lead leakage and proper marketing-to-sales handover within SLA
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, CPL, and ROI
- Manage and guide digital, branding, and field marketing teams
- Develop structured reports on marketing performance and market insights
- Align marketing activities with sales teams to ensure pipeline quality and conversion support
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Proven experience in CRM-driven marketing systems and lead management
- Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, ROI tracking, and campaign performance analysis
- Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue alignment
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent skills in market research and customer segmentation
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
