One of our reputed clients is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join their growing remote team. This role involves providing high-quality support to international clients while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
SALARY: USD 500
WORK TYPE: Full-Time | Fully Remote
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time (6:30 PM – 1:30 AM Sri Lanka Time)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
- Ensure 100% of customer requests are responded to within 5 minutes.
- Handle complex customer inquiries via email with detailed and effective solutions.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools and systems.
- Track and document customer feedback using internal tools (training provided).
- Act as a bridge between customers and the engineering team for issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending issues and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex issues.
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work according to US time zones and holiday calendar.
