One of our prestigious clients is seeking Business Analysts (Finance & Compliance) to support data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and compliance-related initiatives.
SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze financial and compliance data to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Assist in compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives in finance and compliance functions.
- Work closely with finance, audit, and compliance teams.
- Document business requirements and analytical findings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks.
