One of our prestigious clients in the Aviation and Cargo Handling industry is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Cargo Officers to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: LKR 50,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily cargo operations and documentation handling.
- Coordinate cargo loading, unloading, and storage activities.
- Ensure compliance with aviation and cargo handling standards.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking reports.
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Provide customer service support for cargo inquiries.
- Monitor safety and security protocols during cargo handling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Aviation, or related field.
- Prior experience in cargo or freight handling is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email).
