One of our prestigious clients is looking for Tele sales & Customer Service Executives with strong proficiency in English (American/Canadian accent preferred) and Tamil to join their team immediately.
SALARY: LKR 50,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Engage with customers to promote products and services.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English (American/Canadian accent preferred) and Tamil.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous tele sales or call center experience is an advantage.
- Must have a laptop and fiber internet connection.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
WORKING HOURS:
- 12 hours per day (Canadian timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- 6 days a week.
