One of our prestigious clients, a leading Sofa Manufacturing Factory in Colombo, is looking for experienced Supervisors to oversee production teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth daily operations.
SALARY: LKR 60,000 – 70,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet specifications.
- Lead and motivate production team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with managers for production planning and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
- Maintain accurate production records and report to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in furniture or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Based in Colombo and available immediately.
