One of our prestigious clients, a leading Sofa Manufacturing Factory in Colombo, is looking for experienced Managers to oversee operations, coordinate teams, and ensure efficient production and quality standards.
SALARY: LKR 80,000 – 100,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage production schedules and monitor output quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate factory teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw materials.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare reports on production, performance, and operational issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in furniture or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in Colombo with immediate availability.
