Our client, a forward-thinking digital solutions company, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of advanced web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as NextJS and Node.js. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using React/NextJS and Node.js.
- Design and implement robust APIs (RESTful & GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Ensure excellent user experiences by optimizing front-end performance through SSR, ISR, code-splitting, and lazy loading.
- Integrate third-party APIs, manage state efficiently with Redux or similar libraries, and ensure seamless data flow.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth) and enforce security best practices across the stack.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold high-quality coding and documentation standards.
- Contribute to DevOps workflows including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and deployment to cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Monitor application health using modern tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain high standards of software design and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus).
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong focus on React/NextJS and Node.js.
- In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and scalable modular architecture.
- Strong experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes, and advanced React features like hooks, context API, memoization, and HOCs.
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Express.js or Koa.js, and working with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Deep understanding of CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiar with front-end tooling (Webpack, npm, Yarn) and state management solutions like Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
- DevOps proficiency: CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and Git-based workflows.
- Experience with testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of web security practices (OWASP, GDPR, CCPA compliance).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; Agile/Scrum environment experience is highly desirable.
