Our client is looking for a proactive Event Management Executives to lead planning and execution of local and international events.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, job fairs, and career expos
- Liaise with vendors, venue providers, and media partners
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and promotional materials
- Ensure brand consistency in event presentation and materials
- Provide post-event reports and performance summaries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in event planning.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and organizational ability.
- Willingness to travel for events when required.
