Our client is seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and international placements.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments/interviews.
- Manage interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Diploma/degree in HRM or Business Management.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
