One of our prestigious clients based in Australia, a leading IT solutions provider specializing in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, and telecommunications solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior IT And Tele Sales Executives to join their team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
SALARY: Negotiable (Base salary + Uncapped commission scheme)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT and Telco services including NBN, Fibre, VoIP (3CX), Business Mobile, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and Cloud services.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales target of AUD $250,000.
- Prepare and present professional quotes, service agreements, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Australian-based technical and provisioning teams.
- Manage full sales lifecycle from discovery to closing.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to drive additional revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and technology solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in Australian Telco and IT sectors.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, NBN/Fibre, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience with Australian SMEs and mid-market clients.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Experience working with MSPs or Telco resellers/wholesalers preferred.
- Familiarity with PSA platforms like HaloPSA is a plus.
- Experience in carrier provisioning, mobile plans, or number porting is advantageous.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Fully remote role based in Sri Lanka.
- Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
- Requires a stable internet connection, professional home setup, and self-discipline.
