# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance matters.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
- Assist in contract management and due diligence.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
