# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Flutter platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and standards.
- Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.
# EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile Developer.
- 3+ years of experience on the Flutter platform with a strong understanding of the Flutter framework.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- Sound knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, UI/UX principles, and design guidelines.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud services and back-end technologies.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
