One of our prestigious clients in Sweden who is into "IT Healthcare" is looking for an experienced "Operations Manager (Healthcare IT)" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 300,000 - 350,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting employee work hours and schedules.
- Reporting to higher-level executives, such as the CEO.
- Managing projects and delegating tasks to employees.
- Assisting the human resources department in hiring and firing employees.
- Creating a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a field related to IT.
- 5 - 10 years of experience as a Manager.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
